About Me

I write fantasy and paranormal romance stories set by the sea for adult readers who used to play mermaids and now wish they still could. My own heart is in the ocean, which brought me a life-long passion for cetology, landing me an internship with a whale watching company for a research and education program in New England. Now, I’m a full-time artist outside of Philadelphia with a major in Illustration and a minor in Creative Writing from RIT in New York, having graduated summa cum laude. When I’m not being a wife, mom to two kids and a senior chocolate lab, wood burning, or doing character art commissions, I’m writing two more manuscripts and marketing my stories. Twice a year, on Instagram, I cohost a writing challenge for science fiction and fantasy writers #sffwriterchallenge, helping to build the writing community and grow our audience.
